Factory 01 · Forging
Qingdao Tianhu Metal, hot forging factory
Tianhu Metal is the founding factory of the San Wang group. It began in 1993 with hot-forged hydraulic fittings. The factory develops graphite die technology in-house, operates six forging lines and a maximum 630T press, and supports custom non-standard forged metal components for construction machinery, industrial equipment and offshore equipment.

Factory 02 · CNC Precision Machining
Huashan CNC machining factory
Huashan factory is the core production base for San Wang SR series adapters and hydraulic hose fittings. It handles batch precision machining, key dimension re-inspection and quality documentation, supporting common thread standards such as BSP, PF, SAE, JIC, ORFS and NPT.

Huashan new factory handles stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper alloy and other special-material machining, serving demanding customers in marine/offshore, oil drilling and precision industry.

Factory 04 · Surface Treatment
Qingdao Tianying surface treatment factory
Tianying factory is located in Qingdao Jimo Auto City Chemical Park and is supervised under the park’s unified safety and environmental system. It runs acid rack zinc plating and has two automated lines for zinc and zinc-nickel alloy, with process parameters continuously optimized to Japanese OEM requirements.

Coating thickness verification
Tianying uses XRF to inspect coating thickness and control coating stability.
Salt-spray test report
Salt-spray test evidence is available for zinc-nickel and other high-corrosion-resistance processes.
