Customization and MOQ
Common models such as NC straight adapters, SK10 swivel adapters and SKL32 swivel elbows may have limited stock. Non-standard specifications are produced on demand. Please note stock requirements in your inquiry.
Yes. After receiving samples, we can reverse measure and prepare machining drawings. Production starts after your confirmation.

Lead Time and Delivery
Samples typically take 7 working days, or 14 days for special parts. Batch orders usually take 25-35 working days; during peak season, 45 days advance planning is recommended.
Yes. During the 2020-2022 pandemic, many suppliers could not deliver because outsourced processes stopped or raw materials were disrupted. San Wang Metal’s four factories are self-owned and the production chain is fully in-house, allowing continued emergency delivery support for OEMs such as Kubota and Hitachi without delay. A self-owned production chain is not marketing language; it is proven fulfillment during a crisis.
Shipments are made from Qingdao Port. FOB, CIF and EXW terms are supported. We can work with customer-designated forwarders for Qingdao pickup or warehouse delivery.

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications are available. The certification body is Qingdao Huazhong Century Certification Co., Ltd. (CNAS C344-M, IAF member), valid until June 17, 2028.
Tianying Surface Treatment is a wholly owned San Wang subsidiary dedicated to San Wang products. Located in Jimo Auto City Chemical Park, it is managed under unified safety and environmental supervision. The trivalent chromium process meets RoHS 2.0 and is not ordinary outsourced processing.
